An expressive identity centered around the W tag of The Warriors to create interest and curiosity.
When I designed this branding identity for a potential staged version of Warriors by Lin-Manuel Miranda and Eisa Davis, I drew inspiration from the gritty, underground vibe of 1970s New York City. I used stark black-and-white visuals to capture the raw, unfiltered energy of the era’s graffiti-marked streets, adding bold splashes of red as a striking contrast to symbolize defiance and resilience.
